How long does a typical phone repair take?

Most common repairs — like screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port fixes — are completed within 45 to 90 minutes while you wait. More complex jobs, such as water damage restoration or motherboard repairs, may take 2–4 hours depending on the extent of the damage. We’ll always give you an honest time estimate upfront before we start any work.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes! Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering the parts we replaced and the labour. If anything goes wrong with the repaired component within that period, bring it back and we’ll sort it at no extra charge. Warranty terms vary slightly by repair type — we’ll explain the details on your invoice.

What brands do you repair?

We repair all major smartphone brands, including iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Google Pixel, and more. We also fix tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab) and select laptops. Got something less common? Bring it in — if we can source the parts, we can fix it.

What if you can’t fix my phone?

Our policy is simple: no fix, no fee. If we diagnose your device and determine it can’t be repaired — or if repairing it wouldn’t be cost-effective — you pay absolutely nothing. The diagnostic is always free, and we’ll give you honest advice on your best next step.

Do I need to book an appointment?

No appointment needed — just walk in! We’re open Monday to Saturday in the heart of Malta. If you prefer to schedule a specific time, you can contact us and we’ll reserve a slot for you. Walk-ins are always welcome and most repairs are done the same day.

Do you use genuine parts?

We use premium-grade replacement parts that match or exceed original specifications. For screens, we source displays with the same brightness, colour accuracy, and touch responsiveness as the original. We’re upfront about which parts are OEM-equivalent and which are original manufacturer parts — you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting.

Is my personal data safe during the repair?

Absolutely. We never access, browse, or copy your personal data. Most repairs — like screen and battery replacements — don’t require us to unlock your phone at all. For repairs that do need testing, such as cameras or speakers, we’ll ask you to unlock the device and only test the specific function being repaired. We also recommend backing up your data before any repair, just as a precaution.
