Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes! Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering the parts we replaced and the labour. If anything goes wrong with the repaired component within that period, bring it back and we’ll sort it at no extra charge. Warranty terms vary slightly by repair type — we’ll explain the details on your invoice.

What brands do you repair?

For screens, we source displays with the same brightness, colour accuracy, and touch responsiveness as the original. We’re upfront about which parts are OEM-equivalent and which are original manufacturer parts — you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting.

Is my personal data safe during the repair?

Absolutely. We never access, browse, or copy your personal data. Most repairs — like screen and battery replacements — don’t require us to unlock your phone at all. For repairs that do need testing, such as cameras or speakers, we’ll ask you to unlock the device and only test the specific function being repaired. We also recommend backing up your data before any repair, just as a precaution.
